Reginald Lockett: CEO and founder of The Herban Culture, LLC 10yrs ago, vowed to do whatever it takes to establish a brand name within the Cannabis Industry that truly represented the essence of the urban culture. Growing up in Houston’s 3rd Ward urban community, Reginald experienced and witnessed the obstacles families faced living in urban communities firsthand. At large, domestically and internationally, urban communities are riddled with poverty, subpar education, employment scarcity, drug infestation, and over policing. Homegrown solutions are plentiful in urban areas and with the Cannabis Industry

surging; Reginald chose to live out his dream, thus birthing The Herban Culture, LLC. In fact, being on the cusp of the cannabis industry gives him the opportunity to lead the way for other pioneers from his urban roots to flourish in entrepreneurship. To date, the Company has accomplished the following: Secured and maintained legal permits for growing cannabis in the state of Oklahoma; hired two Herban Grow Experts to ensure the highest grade

of cannabis is grown in order to immediately impact the industry with the best quality products.

Continual networking within the Oklahoma Cannabis industry to support knowledge and advocate with others in the emerging market, additionally connecting and networking within communities outside of the Oklahoma market to stay ahead and knowledgeable of the grow industry. Secured staffing to manage day to day operations during the start-up period and work to ensure staff has a high knowledge of Oklahoma cannabis industry, CBD and in addition to producing and growing high quality cannabis. The Company was incorporated in Oklahoma, on October 29, 2018.

We work closely with others in the cannabis industry and ensure high quality products are available to our customers to meet their varying needs. Our utmost commitment is to honor and celebrate our culture and continue to cultivate excellence as a community. 

We are currently in the process of ramping up operations.  Including expanding our operations  to honor CBD products, THC products, processing, and dispensary locations.
